Code of Conduct
Purpose
The primary goal of Good Tabletop Gaming (GTG) is to build a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven space for tabletop gaming enthusiasts of all kinds. We strive to create a friendly, safe, and respectful environment for all—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, neurodiversity, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, or religion (or lack thereof).

This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all participants, both online and at in-person events, and explains the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
We invite everyone who participates in GTG to help us uphold this standard and contribute to a positive and safe experience for all.

We are committed to supporting community members and will assist with connecting to venue staff or law enforcement when needed. In-person, we will also provide escorts or assistance for anyone feeling unsafe.
Addressing Grievances
If you believe you were unfairly accused of violating the Code of Conduct, you may submit a written grievance to the GTG leadership team. Your concern will be reviewed carefully and impartially.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all GTG spaces—both online and in-person—including community events, forums, one-on-one communication related to GTG, and any situation that may impact the safety or inclusivity of the group.
Even outside official GTG activities, behavior that affects the community’s safety, trust, or well-being may still fall under this code.
This Code is meant to reflect the spirit and values of Good Tabletop Gaming—not just enforce rules. We ask all members to uphold these principles in every interaction.
Photos & Media Use
GTG may take photos and videos during events for use in marketing materials, social media, and community outreach. These images help us share the fun and inclusive spirit of our events.
If you do not wish to have your photo or likeness captured, please inform a GTG organizer at the beginning of the event. We will make every effort to respect your privacy and ensure you are not included in any published media.
By participating in GTG events, attendees acknowledge this policy unless they opt out in advance.
